Pain after eating - the reason is?

I am 6 weeks post-op and while traveling this past weekend I got the most awful feeling after eating. I have had no problems at all with eating until now. We stopped at Wendy's and I had 2 chicken nuggets and a couple tiny bites of chili (I have heard these work good for a lot of WLS post-ops and wanted to give them a try). I chewed very well and everything seemed fine for about 15 minutes and then I felt something strange happening in my pouch. For about an hour it felt like I was being stabbed. On a 1-10 scale the pain was about a 6 (I have a pretty high pain threshold). I have never dumped and this was not dumping from what I understand. Did I eat too much? Was something stuck? I did have some diarrhea after I got home. Lots more gas then usual too. Just curious what you guys think. Thanks!
