Would excessive power walking cause pain in stomach

I am 3 months post-op and have been power walking every day. In the last week I have been getting this pain on the right size of my inicision, sort of in the middle. I am hoping that it is because my stomach is shrinking not leaking. Has anyone experienced the same pain?
