I'm 4 days post op and now scared, please respond

I'm 4 days post op and my surgery went fine, I'm recovering fine. Obviously still in pain and am tired, but insides are ok. Now I'm scared I'll be one that loses too much weight, has major problems, etc. I think I may need to go on some type of anti-depressants or something. Please give me some encouragement, I'm very scared.
