I had an open R-N-Y on 6-1-01 does any-one besides me have trouble being in the heat

after just a couple hours in the mid west heat I find my self sick and have the dry heaves, I was wondering if any-one else is going through the same thing. I caan't seem to get enough water in my body fast enough to keep it cool like before. Is this somthing that will last for-ever.
