Help Me PLEASE!!!!!!!! THe money I have for surgery, my husband says is to much to

spend on surgery! He says no I cant use it!! PLease someone try to help me make him understand how badly I need this surgery and how it is going to help me..I have to self pay because I have no insurance, he has insurance, but I am not on it, we for got after we got married we only had 30 days to put me on it, now we are not sure when we can enroll me..please someone email him and help me make him understand.This heat is gonna kill me, I cant move anymore, I can hardly breathe please.
