Was told at surgeons office that BC/BS Highmark insurance was hard to get approval from?

Has anyone in the state of OHIO been approved in the year 2001 for this surgery through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance company ? If anyone has any replies please email them to us at [email protected] Thank you very much and appreciate any help you can give
