depressed because am at a non losing plateau stage. Any suggestions welcomed!!!

I've only lost about 50 lbs. since surg. 5/98. Loss of energy, lack of motivation. Cry because I'm frustrated with standstill wt loss. Need a Dallas support grp badly.
