Has anyone changed from a VBG to a bypass and what has been the result? It is almost

2 yrs since my VBG. I've lost 160 lbs BUT I am still vomiting everything. It has been suggested that a bypass will solve the vomiting issue. Anyone with a similiar experience who could advise me. I also need to get the vomiting under control in order to fix a hernia. Thanks for any advice out there. Mara M
