I'm looking for a support group in or near the South Bend/ Mishawaka Area.

I would like to find a support group that is productive in the South Bend/Mishawaka area. I'm willing to travel a little ways if there is a good one. I had my surgery a year ago and I am having diffuculty staying on track and would like the support of people who will understand and contribute constructively instead of criticize and judge. If anyone knows of one, please let me know. Thanks.
