Will any of the WLS Dr. Accept CBA Medicaide Insurance for Payment of this surgery

i was recently aproved for CBA medicaide which grants me all meds perscribed by Dr where the other only paid for 3 per month this one i was told by the lady that is in charge of the program if the surgery request come accrossed her desk would be aproved by her we just need to find a Dr to do the surgery for me please email me with any answers at [email protected] thanks Julie
