Anyone have spasm in their rectus abdominus muscle after WLS?

I'm 9 months post-op and have had chronic low back pain since 3 weeks post-op. I found out last week that I am having spasms in my rectus abdominus muscle which is causing the back pain. So my pain management doctor gave me a steroid injection in that muscle, which immediately reduced the pain. Has anyone had this kind of problem since surgery, and if yes, how did you get it resolved? Thanks for any information you can provide.
