Is it normal to feel nauseous and faint when over-warm?

I'm 6 weeks post-op and I always feel nauseous and kind of faint when I get too warm. It's usually the worst during and after a shower in the morning. I usually feel really disgusting and have to 'rest' for a few minutes to feel better. Will I always be like this, or is it just because I'm only 6 weeks out from surgery?
