Aetna finally received the request from my surgeon yesterday..But I

only have proof of one supervised diet attempt from 97..we are still waiting for the one from this January..What are my chances of approval with so little proof of spervised weight loss attempts? I Know I am over their bmi requirements..but will that be enough??
