Does anyone get dry heaves in the morning upon waking up?

I am 3 weeks post op and for the last 3 days when I wake up in the morning I have dry heaves. After about 3 or 4 minutes it is gone. There is nothing in my stomach. I have no trouble with the foods that I am on and have not been sick from anything I have tried.
