I have 2 questions, first how painful is a tummy tuck compared to RNY?

And second, has anyone ever had a tummy tuck, a thigh lift and your arms cut all at the same time? My surgeon wants to do it all at once and I'm wondering about the pain. If any of you can help me out that would be great!
