My surgery was scheduled for 11/00 but delayed until this

October. My psych eval is over a year old. Is it necessary to have a new one? I have no mental health issues and I do not relish the thought of paying out another $300 for an unnecessary test. Suggestions or advice welcome especially if you are familiar with BC/BS requirements. thank you. Kathy
