Any one having pregnancy problems?

I had my surgery February 2000. I was pregnant in September of 2000 and had a miscarriage when I was 6 weeks pregnant. Then in January of 2001 I found out I was pregnant. After 9 weeks I had another miscarriage. Now I am pregnant again. I have been experiencing some bleeding and will go for an ultrasound tomorrow. Is there anyone out there who is post-op who has had trouble carrying a child? If so, did you find out what was the cause from your doctor and/or it was related to having the surgery.
