Do anyone know if Cobra pay's 100% for wls? If not what is the pecentage pay ?

I'm going to pay my cobra 6 month's in advanced I need to know if anyone had to deal with Cobra to get approved for weight loss surgey? If so how long did it take? Also please inform me of the percentage that corbra will pay,I'm hoping 100%
