Has anyone had Kidney stones or blockage before surgery?

Last week I had an ultrasound done of my gallbladder and they also checked my Kidney's etc... When I seen the doctor this week about the test results, he told me that yes I did have gallstones, but he was more concerned about a blockage between my right Kidney and my bladder, also it is has caused my right Kidney to be enlarged. I am not sure it is really is a Kidney stone or cyst, but I am scheduled to have a CAT Scan on June 26,2001 to find out if it is a stone etc... I am really concerned about this and I am worried it will delay my surgery once approved.
