I asked a similar question yesterday & got a smart remark. Don't we deal with enough crap in our daily lives with out putting up with it here too?!?! Anyway, what I would like to know is after you get down to 200lbs- how quickly does the weight come off? Say you are 200 & your goal is 125-135.. about how long do you think it would take to reach it.. assuming you are eating the perfect diet & exercising at least an hour a day. I would really appreciate your answers. Thanks! :)
