What can I do to get a headstart on my paperwork?

I have been on this web site now for about three hours and I am very excited about consulting my doctor on WLS. I am a 27 year old single mother of a three year old and I refuse to waste another day not being able to play with him due to weight. I have Cigna insurance and was wondering if anyone can help me get a headstart on the paperwork the insurance company will require. I want to have all of mu ducks in a row when I go in there.
