Have any gotten approval from Kaiser without agreeing to take the 10 week diet class.

Hi Everyone! I want to Know if anyone has gotten an approval from kaiser with refusal of the 10 week diet class that they want you to take. I feel this is a waste of time because Im pretty sure if your overweight you have already tried many diets to take the weight off. If have tried wieghtwatchers, jenny crieg, etc.
