Has anyone used Brad Pickhardt in Missoula, Mt?

Did anyone have there surgery thru Brad Pickhardt? I'm awaiting the packet and would like some before hand knowledge of what to expect. Does he do his surgery in a clinic or hospital, does he require weight lose prior, stuff like that. Can anyone help me?? I'm so nervous!!!
