IS ANYONE HAVING SURGERY IN ST. LOUIS MO AND USING HEALTH NET.

I have been denied by HealthNet(choice)in Kansas City because my pcp wrote a very vague letter to insurance com. So I went to New Start with Dr. Yates and his staff. Hoping to get approved after they send all there information in. Has anyone had this happen to them. Be denied by one surgeon and approved by the next!! please write and let me know!!! Thank You
