Has anyone been approved by BCBS/TN?

My friend lives in Texas, but her husband just got new insurance from a new company and the insurance is TN, not TX. Does this make a difference? Any comments from anyone with this insurance would be greatly appreciated! She also has Medicaid in the mean time, if you know of any info on that too! She doesn't have her computer working right now, so I agreed to help her! Thanks!
