On Zoloft 4 weeks and never had counciling for sexual abuse as a child,will I pass?

will that effect my psych. eval? I've been on it for about 4 weeks. I think it's period related but sometimes it before, during or after my period. I'm not depressed. my life is really good except for the weight. Great job, great husband. ALso, I was sexually abused as a child and have never seen some about it, will that effect whether I pass the evaluation? The psycholigist who gives the evaluation is directly related to the weight loss program in charge of the surgery; www.smartdimensions.com, she does all the psych eval's. I'm just wondering do I have to tell about the molestation?
