Anyone else in Kansas? and Have Corporate Plan Management Insurance?

Is there anyone else from Kansas and if so does anyone have Corporate Plan Management Insurance? How were they do deal with? Any Problems? Delays? I just want to know what I am up against with them. How long did it take to get an approval?
