Is it worth me going thru all the pain?

My Doctor inform me that this is the type of surgey he will give me. All of the research I have done it show me that this surgery dont work after a period of time. I dont know if I should have it. He is to removed my hiatial hernial also. I'm thinking about having the hernial surgery and say the heck with the other one. I need your help on this. If I mispell some word please look over it(..)
