How long ofr a surgery date?I am using Dr. John Alexander in Dallas TX....

I have jumped through all the hoops that I have been asked to and STILL no word! I even went and got the damned tests on my own and some MORE that I thought were needed...so Medicare would pay for this and STILL NO SURGERY DATE!! It has been 2 weeks since the last of the reports were sent in to this doctor and I call and get this..."he is not in the office", "The nurse is not here today", " haven't gotten a chance to talk to him" "Your files are in the INbox for us to go over", "He has been out of town"...when is enough ENOUGH? I feel like screaming that!!! For them, it is a job, for me...at 430 pounds, it is MY LIFE! I hurt all the time, I can't breathe, I can't move, I have CONSTANT joint pain, I can barely keep up my own hygiene! I guess if I screamed at them, that would not be beneficial....but give me some hope...how long does it usually take. Anyone out there use Dr. Alexander? Did they get the same treatment? Ever find out WHY they treat you like this? Any suggestions on how to handle this? HELP! Thanks....
