NEED HELP IN KNOWING IF YOU CAN GET APPROVAL WITH A RIDER

My insurance Southern Health has a rider on the GBS, that it is excluded on surgery for obesity but is not limited too: gastric bypass, stomach stapling and balloon. It doesn't state the word morbid obesity. I am 37 my BMI is 66.5 I have high blood pressure, diabetic, hernia, severe sleep anea. What do you think my chances are being approve. I am so worried.
