Does anyone have info on surgeries performed in Monterrey?

I have noticed several postings re: surgery in Monterrey Mexico and would like to know the experiences of those patients. Why they went to Mexico, what type of surgery, how they were treated by doctors, staff, & hospital personnel, were they English speaking, price and what it covered. Any info will be appreciated.
