Will High trigylicerides and high blood glucose levels prevent approval of surgery?

I got blood test and urine test results from the lab the otherday My triglycerides were almost 600, I was spilling sugar in my urine and my glucose level was extremely high. Does anyone know if this might be any reason to be denied for surgery?
