Has anyone gained weight before surgery?

I am 3 weeks until surgery. I weigh-in weekly at my weight management program. Last night I was up 4 pounds! The past month I had been up & down. I am scared that my doctor will turn me away at the last minute because I have gained weight. I am soooo... scared!! Please help!!!!
