Does Texas Medicaid cover TT?

I called Texas Medicaid today and told them that I knew they covered hernia repair, but do they cover cpt 15831. He ask what it was and I said a tummy tuck, and it took him a few moments, but came back, and said no they didn't. Its sort of hard for me to believe since that could cause the hernia to come back. Does anyone know for sure if Texas Medicaid covers tt with hernia repair?
