Will medicaid pay for medically necessary plastic surgery? I live in Ky.

I anticipate problems with my daughter's primary insurer(BlueGrass Family Health). Ky. medicaid is her secondary insuruance. I would like to hear from anyone who has had to use either of these insurers. Thanks for any information you can give me.
