Anyone more than 3-4 years post-op showing elevated parathyroid and cortisol levels?

I am 4 years post-op. In the past year, there has been a substantial weight gain with on-going fatigue, headaches, abdominal pain, etc. Then I broke my toe (afterwards being diagnosed with Osteopenia).... Though my blood labs are mostly within range, the urine tests are well off the normal ranges. Have been diagnosed with Secondary Hyperparathyroid Disease. The cortisol levels are so high I'm headed to another specialty blood test. Pre-RNY I had no know parathyroid issues.....anyone have experience in this arena? It's mind-boggling and scarey at the same time. Thanks,
