I am eight months 14 days post op and I have just learned I am pregnant

I am estatic. i could not be happier. We have been trying for 8 years, 2 IVF treatments, 1 failed an the other resulted in stillbirth due to preeclampsia. I also have pcos. This pregnancy is a blessing. I am however concerned if I should eat more or less. how much will I gain or should gain and will I continue to lose after the pregnancy. i have already lost 120 lbs. Does anyone have any experience with this and this soon after surgery. Please respond. Thanks Lisa
