What happens to the booty?

I carry a substantial amount of my weight in my rear-end (got the junk in the trunk!). What will happen to that w/ regards to skin, etc. Hopefully next year we won't be able to use my butt to put the turkey platter on! HAHAHA! Surgery 12/9/03.
