I cannot lose weight after surgery

I had surgery in 2003. My doctor only did a intsetnal bypass and he did not redo my stomach. Now I only lost 31 pounds and still 210 pounds. They sent me to Weight Watchers which did nothing, to a dietian, no good nothing is working and I am about to lose my mind. What can I do? Is there more surgery that can help?? Is there anything that can help? I have tried eating apples before meals, carb blockers, diet pills. I can't excersize because I had a small stroke in May of 2003 and unable to walk good. Please someone help me.
