experiencing pain on left side above belly button that comes and goes

Hi everyone, I am 7 months out and down 105 lbs and doing great except for the last month to month and a half at all different times of the day (and night also) I experience a crampy type pain in the left side above my belly button. If I get it at night I cant sleep. Called doc, and he ordered a CT scan (negative) and am ging this week for bloodwork. I know its not an ulcer, I already had that lovely experience. Help anyone Thanks and God bless
