How do your support groups operate? Agenda? Topics? Themes? Help

Trying to see how others run their monthly support groups. Do you have agendas, topics, themes. Anything ideas would be great. I've been going to mine for 15 months now and they are always the same with post-ops and newbies asking tons of questions the entire time. Thanks
