Has anyone had a revision and had FirstCare Federal??

Has anyone out there had a revision from a VBG to an RNY and their insurance paid for the first surgery and the revision?? Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated. Just trying to get prepared in case my insurance says "no we have already paid for this surgery once before" Thanks!
