does anyone have BCBSof GA PPO

I am awaiting approval from BCBS OF GA PPO.MY info. was sent but they replied wanting TSH test. I sent that immediately and was told by surgeons office that all my info had to be sent again and I was starting all over. Has anyone dealt with this company before?
