Has anyone experienced bouts of nausea during/after having BM ?

Sorry for the icky question in advance !! I am nearly 6 mths post op and have recently had increased bouts of severe nausea with my bowel movements- especially if I become "crampy" or have loose stools (sorry). It goes away with 1/2 of a Phenergan, but it is really annoying. Has this occurred with anyone else??? I have lost 86# - down from 243# pre-op. I have had no other problems.
