Questions about Carnation Instant Breakfast & Vitamin Choices

I was told i could drink CIB after surgery, but with NO ADDED SUGAR, so i looked at the box it has 20-24 grams of sugar in it, is that ok? or is there a No Sugar Added in a different box? Also, what vitamins did you use for your Calcium chewables, and Vit B-12 sublingual dots? Thanks
