Can anyone suggest a psychologist or psychiatrist in the Marietta, Georgia area?

I met with my future surgeon, Dr. Celio Burrowes, and am very happy with him. Today I called Blue Cross/Blue Shield office and have not yet been able to find anyone who will do weight loss pre surgery testing or even talk to me to see if I can have the surgery. Can you tell me who you used. I'm getting to the point where I'll call anyone.
