Insurance Approval for PS

I just received word from my Plastic Surgeon that my insurance has approved my tummy tuck, however, denied the belt lipectomy, which the Surgeon says needs to be done along with the TT. I have BCBS Community Blue PPO. My question is, should I appeal the decision on the belt lipectomy portion or just pay the costs, since surgery is scheduled for 8/21/03?
