Is this unusual? Has anyone else got a buzz from Non-Alcoholic beer?

Am I the only one that actually gets a buzz from non-alcholic beer? I am 8 months post-op, and miss beer, I had a 12 ounce bottle of non-alcoholic beer last month and another one just last night. Both times I got a buzz and a little light headed, as if I drank 6 beers pre-op. The bottle is said to contain less than 0.5% alcohol. Did anyone else who tried this have this experience? Or any theories as to why this may happen?
