First abdominal pain at 11 weeks post-op

I am 11 weeks post-op and except for the usual tenderness have had no pain until this last week. The lower part of my inscision area feels tender and bruised. The pain is not constant, but comes and goes during the day. And heaven help me if I roll over quickly at night. Have an appointment on the 15th, but just wondered if anyone else has had pain months after surgery. I am worried about a hernia or muscle tear?
