Kaiser requirements - what are they??

I have Kaiser Mid-Atlantic and I've seen this same question gone unanswered on the boards. I've been with Kaiser 4 months and would like to know if they will, no ifs, ands or buts, require me to be on the plan 1 year and go through the 6 months of meetings with a nutritionist. My BMI is 52 and I have a number of co-morbidities. I haven't even been to see my PCP for anything yet, so I'm wondering how my request for WLS referral will be viewed. Thanks!
